Terms and Conditions
1. General Agreement
By signing up for personal training services, clients agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. All services provided are subject to change and are tailored to the client’s individual goals.
2. Payments and Fees
Payments for training sessions must be made as per the agreed payment plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
3. Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Failure to do so may result in the session being forfeited without refund.
4. Health and Safety
Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions or injuries prior to starting training. Participation is at the client’s own risk, and it is their responsibility to consult a medical professional before starting any fitness program.
5. Liability Waiver
Clients acknowledge that fitness training carries inherent risks and agree not to hold the trainer responsible for any injury, illness, or loss resulting from training.
6. Confidentiality
All personal information shared with the trainer is kept confidential and used solely for training purposes.
7. Termination
Both the client and the trainer reserve the right to terminate the training agreement with reasonable notice.
