Lewis Thurlbourne

I’m an ex-elite basketball player turned marathon runner, with a current personal best time of 2 hours 36 minutes. I love to throw myself head-first into every challenge I face, especially when it comes to fitness.

My passion for sports began at a young age, but it was during my time at one of the UK’s top basketball academies that I discovered my love for the gym through my strength and conditioning coaches. I’ve since made it my mission to help each and every one of my clients become the best version of themselves through fitness, and I take great pride in all of their achievements!
