Start with a free taster session
This isn’t a sweaty circuit or a generic workout.
It’s a low-pressure 1:1 session designed to give you clarity, confidence and understand how everything works.
We Will:
- Talk through your goals, commitments and what’s been getting in the way.
- Go through a few key movements to identify your strengths and limitations.
- Explore what a week of training could look like for you moving forwards.
You Will:
- Leave with a clear picture of what’s possible.
- Understand my process and what the next steps are.
- Decide if it’s the right fit for you.
What happens after?
After your taster session, we begin with the Foundation Phase - a focused period designed to build confidence, consistency and understanding of the key movements we’ll build from.
There’s no set timeline. Some people need more time here, others less. We move forward when you’re ready - not when the clock says so.
From there, we follow what I call The Fork:
Each program gives your training a clear focus - shaped around your goals, your ability and the way you want to train.
BUILD 💪
A strength focused program built around key lifts. The goal of this program is to get stronger, build muscle and move better without sacrificing proper form and control. This program is best suited for those who want to build strength and track tangible progress over time.
BURN 🔥
A high intensity conditioning program designed to push your limits, expand your work capacity and burn serious calories - all without compromising on movement quality. This program is best suited for anyone who enjoys fast paced workouts, wants to push themself and find out what they are capable of.
MOVE 🏋
A skill based, functional strength program focused on movement quality, coordination, mobility and control. Feel connected and challenged in new ways and become more in tune with your body. This program is best suited for those who want to improve how they move, not just how much they can lift.
Some people blend two. Others rotate between them over time. Think of the programs like themes, not rigid formats. They evolve with you as you improve and develop.
