Delivery is ongoing, with sessions scheduled weekly or fortnightly to create a reliable and consistent training schedule for your team.

Session Types

Strength Training - Full-body sessions using dumbbells, resistance bands and bodyweight exercises to build strength, resilience and overall physical capacity.

HIIT & Cardio Conditioning -Time-efficient workouts designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, energy levels and work capacity in a motivating group setting.

Boxercise - Boxing-inspired sessions that develop coordination, endurance and provide a high-energy outlet for stress.

Run Club -Trainer-led social group runs or structured running workouts that support fitness, consistency and team connection.

All sessions are adapted to suit your team’s preferences, fitness levels and available space.

The Brief:
Cereal Partners UK wanted to introduce structured group fitness sessions as part of their employee wellbeing offering. The brief was simple: high energy, inclusive, accessible to all fitness levels and easy to run alongside a normal working day.

The Programme:
Weekly sessions delivered on-site every Wednesday at 4pm. The programme began with an 8-week boxercise block before evolving into strength and conditioning based on participant feedback. Total duration: 12 weeks. Group size: up to 12 employees.

The Outcome:
Consistent attendance from a core group throughout. Employees reported improved mood, reduced stress and increased motivation to exercise. Minimal admin burden for the company from start to finish.
