My Story
From a kid chasing dreams to a coach helping others achieve theirs.
I’ve been active for as long as I can remember. From a young age, sport was everything — football at break time, athletics in summer and eventually basketball became my obsession.
As a teenager, I played at a high level, chasing the dream of becoming a pro. It taught me a lot: discipline, commitment, and how much I loved training — not just the game, but the process behind it. The gym became a second home, and I found myself fascinated by strength and conditioning.
But like many stories, mine didn’t go the way I planned.
I fell out of love with the sport I’d built my identity around. After years of chasing it, I hit a wall — physically, mentally, emotionally. I walked away. But I still needed an outlet. That’s when running and training filled the gap — not to compete, but to feel good, to stay grounded and to keep active. Somewhere in that shift, I realised I wanted to help others find that same power through fitness.
This led me to wanting to become a personal trainer.
It started with coaching my mum’s friend at a David Lloyd gym before I was even qualified — technically breaking the rules, but I was determined to learn. At the same time, I was mentored by a small local gym, who offered me a job upon completion of my personal training qualification. It felt like everything was lining up… until it wasn’t.
The job offer fell through. I got told off for coaching without permission. And just like that, I was back to square one.
But after receiving my first upfront payment, I bought a few sets of dumbbells, resistance bands, a bench… and I backed myself.
And in that moment, my mobile personal training business was born.
It started in one circle of people. A couple of clients, a bit of momentum… and slowly, things began to grow. I learned what it meant to run a business. What it meant to coach people properly — to build trust, deliver results and, most importantly, how to create an experience that people looked forward to.
Fast forward to now, I’m coaching multiple sessions a day — from 1:1 clients in their homes to corporate fitness sessions in local offices. And right now, I’m also building out a garage gym to create a space where my clients can come and train with me with all the equipment they need and more. A space that reflects everything I believe in: real coaching, consistency and progress that lasts.
Alongside all of this, I’ve continued to challenge myself as an athlete — running my first marathon in Stockholm in June 2024 in a time of 2:58, to then running 2:36 in Frankfurt just four months later. Now, I’m training to break 2:30 at the Berlin Marathon in September 2025.
For me it’s not all about chasing times though — it’s about committing to the process. Training with intent. Pushing limits. The same principles I bring to every session with my clients.
This is still just the beginning, but I’m proud of how far I’ve come and excited about what’s to come.
