Corporate Fitness (Group Training)

On-site group fitness sessions delivered at your workplace, designed to support employee wellbeing with minimal disruption to the working day.

Sessions run at a fixed weekly time and are suitable for all fitness levels. Each session can be adapted based on group preference and available space. Session formats include weight training, conditioning, HIIT, circuit training or similar formats.

The focus is on creating a simple, reliable wellbeing option that is easy for companies to run and easy for employees to take part in.

This service suits organisations looking for a practical approach to workplace fitness without the need for additional facilities or internal management.

ABOUT


I’m a fully qualified personal trainer working with individuals and organisations across Hertfordshire. My work focuses on practical, well-structured training that supports long-term health, performance and consistency.

My background is rooted in sport. I grew up playing basketball at one of the UK’s top academies before transitioning into distance running, where I now compete across distances from 5K through to the marathon.

I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, from those new to training to highly competitive runners. Regardless of starting point, my approach is simple and sustainable, prioritising the fundamentals, consistent effort and steady progression over time.
