ABOUT

Sport has always been an integral part of my life, from playing football from a young age to playing basketball at one of the UK’s top academies throughout my teenage years.

I got into running after falling short of my dream to become a professional basketball player, initially as a way to stay fit and channel the energy I had invested into basketball for almost a decade prior. What started as a simple outlet quickly became something much more significant than that.

Over the years I’ve learnt a lot through my own training and have achieved some solid results, including personal bests of:

  • 15:54 - 5K

  • 32:51 - 10K

  • 72:43 - Half Marathon

  • 2:36:17 - Marathon

Alongside this, I’ve helped multiple runners achieve personal bests from the 5K to marathon distance.
